Changing the Available Date or Time of a Closed Stack Request

At any time before a closed stack request is actually filled and given to a borrower, you can change the date or time when the request is available. (For example, if no staff members will be available to retrieve closed stack items because of a meeting, you can change the time when the requested item will be available.)

To change the available date or time of a closed stack request

1 Access the Closed Stack Request List.
2 Do one of these options:
If you know which request you want to change, double-click the button in the left-most column that is next to the request that has an availability date that you want to change.
If you do not know which request you want to change, find the request. (For examples, see Choosing Closed Stack Requests—Examples .)

Horizon displays the CSA Request Form window:

3 Do one of these options:

To change the request’s available date

To change the request’s available time

1 Click the Available Date drop-down list.

Horizon displays a calendar:

2 Choose the date when you want the request to be available.

In the Available Date field, enter the new time when you want the request to be available.

4 Click OK.

Horizon redisplays the Closed Stack Request List.

5 Save your changes.
