Configuring circulation history in the borrower record

If you configure the location settings to either “Borrower’s Choice - Default Off” or “Borrower’s Choice - Default On,” then the borrower can request their circulation history to be turned on or off. This is done in the borrower record.

If you configure the location setting to “Do Not Keep” or “Always Keep,” those settings will override any settings in the borrower record.

To configure circulation history in the borrower record

1 In the Checkout window, identify the borrower whose record you want to configure for circulation history.
2 Choose Borrower > Edit Borrower.
3 Page down until you see the Keep Circ History field, and select one of the following options.
