Enabling Home Service Menu Options in Staff Searching

In order for staff to view Home Service borrower and title information in staff searching, you need to enable the Home Service menu options. You do this by adding the “/t” argument to the New Search process in the Launcher. This starts staff searching in the “technical services” mode.

To enable Home Service menu options in staff searching

1 Start Horizon.
2 On the Navigation bar, right click on the New Search process.
3 Choose Customize Navigation Bar.

Horizon displays the Customize Launcher window.

4 In the Arguments field, enter this:

/t

5 Save your changes.

The Home Service menu options in staff searching will now display.
