Starting a Horizon Process Using a Mouse

When you use the mouse to start a process, you click or double-click on a specific part of the Launcher workspace. Here are some of the ways you can use a mouse to start a process:

Double-click on a process or tool on the navigation bar. The navigation bar stores processes and tools in folders. For more information, search “horizon user interface” in the Horizon Basics Guide.
Click on a toolbar button. You can use the toolbar to start a process only if you (or your system administrator) have added a button for that process. For more information, search “customizing the toolbar” in the Launcher Configuration Guide.
Click on an option from the menu bar. Choose Window and the open window or record that you want to make active.
Click on the window that you want. If you can see part of the window or record that you want to make active, click on the window.
Use the Workbook view. Click on the tab of the open window or record that you want to make active. For instructions on opening the Workbook, search “horizon user interface” in the Horizon Basics Guide.)
