Completing the Installation Worksheet

This section describes the information you need to collect for the 3M SelfCheck Installation Worksheet and explains how to find the information. A 3M technician uses the information on this worksheet when setting up your SelfCheck machine.

When you complete this worksheet, make a copy for the 3M technician to use as he or she sets up the 3M SelfCheck software parameters on your 3M SelfCheck machine. Keep the completed worksheet in this manual; you may need the information at a later time.
