Deleting XSL Processors

If you find that you have too many XSL processors, or you want to use a machine with XSL processors on it for something else, you can remove these processors from Information Portal.

This task deletes the XSL processor only from the Application Server’s list of available processors. It does not remove the Java and XSL processor software from the machine that you loaded it on. To do this, you must log in to the machine as the system administrator and remove the software with Add/Remove programs or the appropriate UNIX or Linux commands.

To delete XSL processors

1 Open your Information Portal Administration tool web site.
2 Click the Setup tab.
3 Click the Other sub-tab.
4 Click the XSL Processors option.

The Administration tool displays the XSL Processors page.

5 Click Delete next to each processor that you want to delete.

The Administration tool displays the XSL Processors page with the remaining processors listed.

6 If you want to, remove the Java and XSL processor software from the machine where the processor is loaded. (For instructions on removing software, see the user’s guide for your operating system.)
7 When you finish making changes in Information Portal, restart the Application Server process (JBoss).
