You can print delivery, return, or hold slips for items that have been reserved through Media Scheduling. Delivery, return, and hold slips are paper slips that library staff can print out and attach to the item being reserved. Each slip displays the item’s title, collection code or name, call number, and barcode as well as the borrower’s name, the date and time the item has been reserved, and the delivery and return locations.
Media Scheduling prints delivery, return, or hold slips depending on the user preferences you set for printing slips. By default, Media Scheduling prints all three types of slips delivery, return, and hold for each reservation. You may choose to print one or all types of slips by changing your user preferences. For instructions, see “Changing User Preferences” on page 3-6.
