You create a route record for each route you want to use. A route record lets you specify the route’s code, description, and other information. It also lets you assign a Home Service advisor to the route.
You will probably create most of your route records when you set up Home Service for the first time. After that, you can create more route records as necessary for borrowers in a certain area.
After you create a route record, you can assign the route to the borrowers who live on that route. (You assign a borrower to a route by accessing the borrower record. For more information, see Borrower Records.)
