Setting Up Closed Stack Print Parameters

In order for library staff to know which requested item to retrieve from your closed stacks, Closed Stack Access lets you print pull-slips that include item-specific information like the title, author, collection, and call number. You need to set up the printers that you want to use to print pull-slips. Then you can assign the printers to specific closed stack areas. (For example, you may want to assign a different printer to each collection that you have in your closed stacks.) Also, you should create a backup printer that acts as a catch-all for all your closed stack areas. This ensures that any requested items whose collection types or call numbers are not assigned to a printer will still have pull-slips printed.
