For instructions, see “Logging In to Media Scheduling” on page 3-4.
2 | Choose File, Preferences. |

3 | Change the printer font. |
The printer font is the font used by Media Scheduling to print delivery, return, and hold slips. By default, all slips are printed using 8 point, Arial font. You can change the printer font, font style, and size from the default setting if you want to do so.
To do this, follow these steps:
a | Click Change. |
Media Scheduling displays the Font dialog box.
b | Choose the desired printer font, font style, and size from the lists provided. |
c | Click OK. |
4 | Mark the types of slips you want to print. |
Media Scheduling can print delivery, return, or hold slips for items that have been reserved.
5 | Enter the number of minutes of the default reservation period. |
When you create a reservation, the delivery and return hours automatically increment based on the default reservation period.
For example, if your default reservation period is set to 60 minutes, when you create a reservation and set the needed time to 1:00, Media Scheduling automatically sets the return time to 2:00.
6 | Click OK. |
