You can use SQL statements to filter the contents of a grid to return contents that match certain criteria. (For example, if you are interested only in requests that are from a specific location, you can filter the Closed Stack Request List to display requests with that criteria.)
In order to filter the contents of a grid, you must understand SQL statements. (For basic SQL information, see SQL Basics . For more specific information, see your Sybase or Microsoft documentation.)

To filter the contents of a grid
1 | Start a Closed Stack Access process. |
Horizon displays the grid for the process you chose.
2 | Click the Grid menu options button (![]() |
3 | Choose Filter Grid. |
Horizon displays the Select filter for grid contents window:
4 | Enter the SQL statement you want to use to filter the rows. |
Yo should not include “where” in your SQL statement, since Horizon automatically adds it to the statement when you click OK.

Horizon displays only the rows that match the “where” clause parameters.
To turn off a filter in a grid
Do one of these options:
• | If you are finished with your task, close the grid that you filtered. |
• | When you open the grid again, the contents is not filtered. |
• | If you want to clear the filter without closing the grid, follow these steps: |
