Adding the Index to a Profile

To add the index to a profile

1 Click Setup.
2 Click Libraries sub-tab.
3 Click the Profiles option.
4 Choose the profile where you want the index to be available.
5 Click Tabsets, Indexes, and User-defined Limits.
6 Make sure the tabset that you want to use for this profile is marked.
7 Click Next.
8 Click the sub-tab for which you want to change the indexes.
9 Click Add Indexes.
10 Mark the “Subject Browse (PUBLIC)” index you just imported.
11 Click OK twice.
12 Click Done.
