You can edit both MARC and non‑MARC workforms to change the default template for a record.
To edit a workform
1 | Open the workform that you want to edit. (For instructions, see Finding and Opening a Workform.) |
2 | Edit the tags and subfields. |
Editing changes can include:
• | Adding a tag or subfield |
• | Deleting a tag or subfield |
• | Editing fixed field positions to contain default values |
• | Editing default text in variable fields |

3 | Save your changes. |
