Creating or Editing an Advisor Record

You create an advisor record for each advisor. You can also edit an advisor record as necessary. (For example, you can change the advisor’s address or phone number.)

To create or edit an advisor record

The default location of this process is the Home Service folder on the navigation bar.

Horizon opens the List Home Service Advisor window.

2 Do one of these options:
If you want to create a new advisor record, click New.
If you want to edit an existing advisor record, double-click the advisor whose record you want to edit.

This field is especially useful if you pay advisors hourly.

Note: Horizon does not automatically update this field. You must update it manually according to how many hours the advisor has worked.
