Setting Up the Closed Stack Request List by Location

If you have multiple locations, you can choose to have the Closed Stack Request List show only those requests being processed at specific location. You do this by adding a switch to the navigation bar.

If you want to temporarily change the request list to a single location, see Filtering the Contents of a Grid. (For more information on the Closed Stack Request List, see Accessing the Closed Stack Request List .)

Before you begin, if you want to set up the Closed Stack Request List for a group of users, you must first create preference groups and assign users to those groups. If you have not already done so, create a preference group and assign users to it. (For instructions, see “Setting Up Preferences for Users” in the “Security and Preferences” chapter of the System Administration Guide.)
