Using Custom Images

You can use custom images to change the appearance of the Information Portal user interface. These custom images must be stored in a specific location on your Application Server in order for Information Portal to correctly display them.

To use custom images

1 Do one of these options:

If you are running UNIX or Linux on your Application Server

If you are running Windows on your Application Server

Do one of these options:

If you installed Application Server software in the default directory, enter this command:

cd /opt/dynix/appserver/jboss/server/default/deploy/hipres.war

If you installed Application Server software in a different directory, enter this command:

cd /directory where you installed Application Server software/jboss/server/default/deploy/hipres.war

Do one of these options:

If you installed Application Server software in the default directory, go to this directory:

c:\dynix\hzapp\jboss\server\default\deploy\hipres.war

If you installed Application Server in a different directory, go to this directory:

c:\directory where you installed Application Server software\jboss\server\default\deploy\hipres.war

2 Copy into this directory the images you want to use.
