When you want to find all the records that you might need to update at a specified time, you can perform a Date Take Action Browse search. You should search for all records for a certain date, then print out the records. You can then use the printed records to verify or collect corrected information.
If you prefer, you can send the records to Cataloging for updating rather than printing them out first. (For instructions on updating the records, see Updating a Clubs and Organizations Record or Updating an Events Calendar Record.)
This section explains how to search for records by take-action date and then print the selected records or send them to Cataloging.
