The Closed Stack Request List displays your closed stack requests. You can sort the requests using any of the column headings that display at the top of the Closed Stack Request List. (For example, you can double-click the Request Date column to see requests in chronological order.)
If you want to sort the list by a column that does not display, you may be able to display additional columns. Your system administrator determines which columns display and their order. (For more information on changing the column display, see Temporarily Changing the Display of a Grid.)
This example shows you how to sort requests by request status. (For more information on sorting, see Sorting the Contents of a Grid.)
1 | Access the Closed Stack Request List. |
2 | Double-click the Request Status column to see requests grouped by statuses. |
Horizon displays the requests in the ascending sort order. You can double-click the column again to display the requests in descending order. To turn off the sort, double-click the column a third time.
The sort remains in effect only while the grid is open. Once you close the grid, the default sort returns.
