If you use Fugitive Facts for general reference questions (such as what the names of the seven dwarves are), you may want to use the Questions and Answers feature for questions that are more local. This might include questions about your library and its policies and local information (such as when the city council meets or how many dog licenses have been issued).
You can also use Questions and Answers to form the basis for information to be researched and stored in Fugitive Facts.
You use workforms to create records for Questions and Answers. Your Community Resources database comes with a basic Questions and Answers workform. However, you can customize the workform or create a new one for your library’s needs.
